Volga GAZ M21

Volga GAZ M21 photographed in Viljandi Estonia in 2010. The Soviet made Volga M21 launched in 1956 was the first car carrying the Volga name. The car in picture is the III series produced from 1962 through 1970.

Warszawa M-20

A Polish car Warszawa M-20 photographed in Krakova 2008. Warszawa, identical to Soviet Popeda, was manufactured from 1951 to 1973 under license from Soviet car manufacturer GAZ.

GAZ 12 ZIM

Soviet car GAZ 12 ZIM photographed in Latvia in 2007. In the hierarchy of Soviet luxury cars it was in the intermediate position between ZIS-110 and the smaller GAZ M20 “Pobeda”. The GAZ 12 ZIM was produced between 1950 and 1959. ZIM = Zavod imeni Molotova (”named after Molotov”).
